In the Northern part of Ashgabat, a complex of motor transport enterprises is being built and driving schools are being combined with a training center, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
More than sixty hectares have been allocated for construction along the Ashgabat — Dashoguz highway near the Ashgabat international auto terminal. The contractor IE "Weli Gurluşyk" is building covered Parking lots, repair zones, control rooms, administrative buildings and other facilities on this square. In the near future, it will be able to accommodate about three thousand cars.
A total of 12 repair zones, each with a capacity of 50 vehicles per day, are being created on the territory of the complex for servicing and repairing vehicles. The zones will be equipped with modern equipment and technologies for repairs of any complexity.
For the taxi company of the Ashgabat passenger and motor transport production Association, it is planned to build a Parking lot for 800 seats. Five covered Parking lots are designed for 350 intercity buses. 24 covered Parking lots will accommodate more than one and a half thousand buses for city routes.
Each vehicle fleet will have its own filling stations, dispatching stations, and medical and sanitary facilities. The administrative building will house a dining room with 100 seats and an Assembly hall with 200 seats.
The territory of the complex will also include an Association of driving schools, where 335 students will be able to study at the same time. This training complex will be equipped with computer classes, simulators, and special stands. 60 cars will be purchased for the training center.
