To participation in auction are permitted in accordance with legislation of Turkmenistan the citizens of Turkmenistan, foreign citizens and non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal entities of foreign countries who apply in the prescribed form, paid a Deposit and a special fee and have passed the registration for participation in auction in due time.
Foreign legal entities, international organizations established under the legislation of foreign States, their permanent representations and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the denationalization of state property and the privatization of state property only if there is a conclusion of The Agency for the protection of the economy from risks under the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan.
Applications are accepted and participants are registered by the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of this information message and end 24 hours before the auction starts. Registration of participants starts on the day of the auction at 9:00.
