President and Supreme commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree today appointing:
lawyer of the first class Rozyev Toyly Allanazarovich-military Prosecutor of the Akhal velayat with the release from the post of Prosecutor of the Bayramali etrap of the Mary velayat;
lawyer of the first class Amanmyradov Kakadzhan Kanalovich-Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap velayat with the release of the Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi of the Balkan velayat;
Junior adviser of justice Gurdov Agaredzhep Babaniyazovich-Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi of the Balkan velayat with release from the post of Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenabat of the Lebap velayat;
justice adviser Amanov Geldimyrat Bayramdurdyevich-Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenabat of the Lebap velayat with the release from the post of Prosecutor of the Sakarchage etrap of the Mary velayat;
Junior counselor of justice Rakhmedov Begench Ovlyakulyevich Prosecutor Esenguly etrap of Balkan velayat;
the lawyer of the second class Bayramgeldiyev Mekan Orazmuradovich Prosecutor Bayramali etrap of Mary velayat;
the lawyer of the second class Tolegov Atamyrat Husayinovich Prosecutor Sakarchage etrap of Mary velayat.
By the same Decree, the President of Turkmenistan dismissed the lawyer of the first class Akhmedov Akmurat Rakhmedovich from the post of Prosecutor of etrap Esenguly of the Balkan velayat due to the expiration of his term of office, the press service of the head of state reported.
