The crew of the Turkmen television makes a film about the Seljuks in Anatolia (Turkey)

The film crew of the “Want to know?” (Bilesiňiz gelýärmi?) Tourist-ethnographic program of the Yashlyk TV channel arrived in Turkey in the Anatolian Seljuks region of Konya and Karaman for shooting. In the XI century, the grandson of Alp Arslan Suleyman Shah seized Konya and made it the capital of the Konya (Seljuk) Sultanate. 

According to the Department of Culture and Information of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Turkmenistan, for the film crew was organized a visit to the Mevlana Museum, Çatalhöyük, Butterfly Valley, Yunus Emre mosque, Yunus Emre mausoleum, Turkish emir park, Tashkale Manazan caves, Incesu Cave, tulip fields. As part of the cultural program, guests will try dishes of Turkish cuisine, get acquainted with the traditions, folk songs and dances. They will also have the opportunity to take a yacht tour in the sea.

The trip is organized with the assistance and participation of the Turkish Mevlana Agency and the Ashgabat office of Turkish Airlines, and will last until April 29.
