Social benefits are one of the topics of constant concern to the public in any state. Article 54 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan States that citizens have the right to social security based on age, in the event of illness, disability, disability, loss of breadwinner, unemployment and other legal grounds. In Turkmenistan, the following categories of citizens can apply for benefits:
The right to state benefits for temporary disability granted to persons who have lost their ability to work during the period of work due to a General illness, labor injury (injury), or occupational disease and who have submitted a certificate of disability issued by a health care institution.
