1. Wet compress. For skin that is reddened and inflamed, the first useful aid will be a wet compress, but without a strong temperature contrast. 2. Skin moisturizer. When leaving the bath or removing a cool compress, blot the burn area with a soft dry towel so that the body remains slightly wet. Then, gently apply moisturizer to your skin. It can be aloe gel or any other soothing - moisturizing lotion.

3. Removal of inflammation and pain. To do this, you need to take an anesthetic based on paracetamol, ibuprofen (not recommended if there is a sensitivity to the drug). And to enhance the effect, you can apply an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to your skin.

4. Wait a bit. Try not to go out in the sun before the skin recovers. And in any case, do not pierce the blisters that have already appeared. And in case the bubble burst itself, then wash this place with soapy water with an antiseptic and cover the wound with a gauze bandage.

It should also be noted that in addition to direct damage to the skin, sunburn can seriously harm the body as a whole, therefore, in case of fever, it is recommended to take traditional medicines such as aspirin and paracetamol. If the state of health does not return to normal, then you should immediately call a doctor or go to the clinic for examination, since perhaps sunburn could aggravate any chronic skin diseases or possibly provoked other infections in the body due to weakening of the body's immunity as a whole.
