Vice President Kamala Harris has a slight lead over former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical presidential race, according to the latest Ipsos poll conducted in conjunction with ABC and the Washington Post.
The results show:
- Harris is supported by 50% of respondents
- Trump received the support of 45% of respondents
- 53% of participants think Harris is better qualified to lead the country, while 47% prefer Trump.
The survey was conducted online from August 9 to 13 among 2,336 American adults. The US presidential elections are scheduled for November 5, writes zakon.kz.
