1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit, took part in the sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia. Speaking at the Summit, Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of maintaining peace, harmony and stability in the region against the backdrop of a difficult global situation. He called on the countries of Central Asia to resist attempts to drag the region into spheres of influence and conflicts, while maintaining their identity and the right to independently choose their development path.
2. This October, Turkmenistan will host the International Forum dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. The President of Turkmenistan invited the heads of state of Central Asia to take part in this significant event, emphasizing its importance for international dialogue.
3. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting in the capital of Kazakhstan, where they discussed prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation. The meeting took place within the framework of the sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.The heads of state expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to discuss the current state and prospects for long-term cooperation. The leaders discussed issues of energy cooperation, including the supply of Turkmen electricity and natural gas to Uzbekistan.
4. The President of Turkmenistan met with the head of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. During the meeting, which took place with the participation of members of the delegations of the two countries, it was announced that the Days of Culture of Kazakhstan would be held in Turkmenistan in October. Continuing the meeting, the presidents discussed priority issues of bilateral cooperation, emphasizing the traditionally friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries, based on good neighborliness, equality and mutual support.
5. A business forum of countries participating in the “Central Asia–Japan” Dialogue took place in Kazakhstan. The main goal of the event was to strengthen trade and economic relations between countries and develop mutually beneficial ties between government agencies and business circles. Plenary sessions were held as part of the forum. Representatives of Turkmenistan and other countries in the region presented their achievements and plans for economic and industrial development, and also discussed opportunities for joint projects. As a result of the forum, important documents were signed, including memorandums of cooperation and framework agreements aimed at strengthening business relations and implementing joint initiatives.
6. The famous "Galkynysh" National Equestrian Games Group will take part in the celebration of the 53rd anniversary of the independence of the United Arab Emirates. This issue was discussed yesterday during a meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan Karajayev and the senior manager of the Arabian Horse Society of the UAE Al-Mansouri. Expressing confidence that the visit will strengthen bilateral cultural ties, the Emirati side reported that work is actively underway with the "Galkynysh" group on organizational issues.

7. The world's largest residential community, created using a Vulcan 3D printer, is nearing completion in Texas. This giant machine, nearly 14 meters wide and weighing 4,75 tons, is building 100 homes in the Wolf Ranch community near Georgetown. The project started in November 2022. 3D printing technology for houses promises a number of benefits: faster construction speed, lower costs, fewer workers on site and minimizing construction waste. The developers claim that walls created using this technology are highly resistant to moisture, mold, termites and extreme weather events.
8. A Voepass passenger plane crashed near Sao Paulo, with 61 people on board. Local authorities confirmed that none of the passengers or crew survived. The plane crashed in the middle of a residential area, but no one on the ground was injured. Brazilian President Lula da Silva declared three days of mourning for the victims and expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

9. Valentina Meredova of Turkmenistan showed true Olympic spirit during the first round of the women's 100m sprint at the Paris Olympics. Despite successfully advancing to the next stage of the competition, the 39-year-old athlete returned to the track to help her injured opponent from South Sudan. The incident occurred on August 2 when Lucia Maurice from South Sudan fell approximately 70 meters into the race. Meredova, who finished fourth in the race, along with Silina Pha Apkhai from Laos, who finished sixth, immediately returned to help the injured athlete. They stayed with Maurice until medical personnel arrived and she was evacuated on a stretcher. This noble act of Meredova attracted the attention of the American sports magazine Sports Illustrated, which noted it as a shining example of the sports spirit at the Olympics.
10. Turkmenistan national team midfielder Teymur Charyev, who plays for "Abdysh-Ata", scored a goal in the game against "Muras United" (1:1). Charyev scored in the 47th minute of the match, putting his team ahead. However, "Abdysh-Ata" failed to maintain the advantage until the final whistle - in the 87th minute, Ernist Batyrkanov, a former player of the Kant team, equalized the score.
11. Turkmen striker Suleyman Muhadov first entered the field as part of the Osh “Alai” in the match of the 16th round of the Kyrgyz championship against the Bishkek “Dordoi”. The debut took place in the second half of the meeting, which ended in a goalless draw. Earlier, "Alai" announced Muhadov’s transfer until the end of the 2024 season. In the first half of the current championship, the forward played for "Abdysh-Ata", where he scored four goals.
