3. The 18th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation was held in Tashkent. The head of state also gave instructions on attracting foreign companies to develop energy resources in the Caspian Sea and continue geological exploration work.
5. The National Music and Drama Theater named after Magtymguly hosted the concert “Italian Symphony” performed by the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan under the direction of Rasul Klychev. The program opened with “Italian Symphony No. 4” by German composer Felix Mendelssohn. Then the “Italian Capriccio” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky was played.
