The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed sincere congratulations to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres on the occasion of his 75th anniversary, writes TDH.
