1. The Law of Turkmenistan on the establishment of the Arkadag medal, signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, was published. The Turkmenistan Arkadag medal can be awarded to foreign citizens and stateless persons. Persons awarded the Turkmenistan Arkadag medal are awarded by the President of Turkmenistan.

2. The International Day of Older Persons was celebrated in a solemn atmosphere in Ashgabat. Invited artists from the Pushkin Russian Drama Theater performed the concert program “Songs of Our Youth”. 5. A study by English scientists showed that men for whom fishing is a hobby have good mental health. During the experiment, more than 1700 people were interviewed. Survey participants who reported fishing regularly were nearly 17% less likely to have mental illness compared to men who fished infrequently.
