The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has approved the procedure for issuing certificates of study in educational institutions to persons who have not completed a certain level of education, who have not taken part in the final state exam, or who have shown unsatisfactory results in the final state exam.
In accordance with the new order published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, samples of certificates of incomplete education in general education institutions, vocational schools, secondary vocational schools and higher educational institutions have been approved.
Changes in the procedure for issuing copies of certificates of education are aimed at ensuring transparency and uniformity of the procedure for confirming the level of education of citizens of Turkmenistan.
In addition, they will allow individuals who have not completed a certain level of education to continue their education in the future.
