As part of the 2nd round of the First League of the Russian Football Championship, Dynamo Makhachkala and Arsenal Tula could not determine the winner and parted with the world 0:0. After the match, Dynamo head coach Kurban Berdyev spoke at a press conference and shared his vision of the game.
Berdyev noted that his team is starting to implement the game model that he wants to see on the field, but admitted that he was not happy with the result. He also praised his players for their solid ball control and understanding of how to attack and press the opposition.
“In short, there is satisfaction in the game that we are starting to play. But there is no satisfaction with the result. Compared to the match against Torpedo, there were no those blunders that we made in the game against Torpedo when we conceded two goals. They showed more reliable control, and I think the guys already understand how to attack, how to put pressure”, the press service of the Makhachkala club quoted Berdyev as saying.
The match took place at the Arsenal stadium in Tula. After two rounds, Dynamo are 14th in the First League standings with 1 point, and Arsenal are 12th with 2 points.
