The meeting, organized in an online format, was held between representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Export Support Center of the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation, “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports with reference to the “Lipetskoe vremya” TV and radio company.
During the meeting, prospects for cooperation were discussed. The Turkmen side expressed interest in expanding mutually beneficial partnership in such areas as agriculture, metallurgy, petrochemistry and energy.
Turkmenistan exports textile products to the Lipetsk region, while we receive metal products, machinery, equipment, and confectionery from there.
The parties agreed that the identification of areas of interest and the intensification of interaction will follow from the meetings of representatives of the business community, which it was decided to resume after the restrictions were lifted.
