Supply and Delivery of Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Panels

Under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan, ADB is supporting a pilot project to implement rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in Arkadag City.

In this regard, ADB hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the supply and delivery of photovoltaic solar panels as described below.
