Waste Management Project Coordinator

Duties:
1) Coordinate project activities by guidance on waste management best practices, regulations, and technologies;
2) Hazardous waste management;
3) Personnel management: Supervising and training team members;
4) Communication and Collaboration with local office of environment protection, Caspian Control office, State Standard office, Fire-fighting service office etc.;
5) Prepare reports and acts of executed works, as well as invoice preparation;
6) Ensure compliance: following local and international waste management regulations, as well as HSE procedures and measures while providing the subject operations;

We are looking for an experienced professional especially in environmental projects with Language skills:
1) Russian – Fluent or Native – to be able to keep official correspondence and writing official letters to organizations and state bodies;
2) Turkmen – Fluent or Native – to be able to keep official correspondence and writing official letters to organizations and state bodies;
3) English – Fluent – to be able to keep email correspondence, preparation of reports and presentations, to hold talks and negotiations with the customer;
Computer literacy:
1) MS-Office package: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS-Power Point;
2) Internet search using AI tools where necessary;
3) Adobe Acrobat;
4) And other related office instruments…
Technical background:
1) Either technical educational background or professional working experience with waste incineration, waste segregation and other methods of disposal;
2) Preferably with an experience on drilling mud production and disposal;
3) Mechanical works experience is considered if it is mostly in oilfield and oil refining equipment;
4) HSE certification by reputable organization, GOST certificate etc. is a big PLUS.

Working location: Hazar area
Working time: from 9:00 to 19:00 from Mon to Fri.
Accommodation in Hazar is provided by Company;
Transport from accommodation to working area is provided by Company;
Salary is TBD during an interview but it is expected a good fixed salary;
