Gas workers of the well capital repair shop of the "Marygazchykarysh" Department have successfully completed the production plan for January-April 2020, according to the publication "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan".
The purchase of the MKZOT coiled tubing unit made it possible to perform almost all types of operations for major repairs and well cleaning. Belarusian-made equipment meets modern requirements and is fully automated. Coiled tubing is one of the most promising and developing areas of specialized equipment for the gas and oil industry, based on the use of flexible continuous pipes that replace traditional prefabricated drill pipes when working inside wells. Due to their flexibility, these pipes are able to provide access even to lateral and horizontal trunks. In addition, you do not need to perform operations for Assembly and disassembly of the drill string.
With the use of this equipment, since the beginning of this year, wells №41 and 47 of the Yolguyy field have been successfully cleaned of the bottom of wells, and the internal state of the walls of the 210th well has been determined at the Galkynysh field.
The workshop has 12 units of special equipment, including self-propelled drilling rigs, lifting cranes, the use of which contributes to improving the efficiency and productivity of wells.
With the assistance of the state concern "Turkmengaz" in the framework of the "Program of development of oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan till 2030" series, strengthening the material-technical base "Marygazchykarysh".
