1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Turkmen women on International Women's Day. In his message, the head of state noted that the Turkmen woman is the support of the family, the personification of moral beauty and the decoration of our homes. And respect for women and honoring their virtues are national traditions of the Turkmen people.
2. Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze discussed cooperation at a meeting in Ashgabat. 5. In honor of International Women's Day, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree awarding 253 Turkmen women who have given birth to and raised eight or more children with the honorary title of "Ene Mahri".This award was presented for the enormous merits of mothers in shaping the younger generation as healthy and inspired people, devoted to the fatherland and courageous people.

On March 19, Ashgabat will host the international conference “International Year of Peace and Trust: the Role of Interregional Economic Cooperation in Ensuring Sustainable Development.”This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov during a government meeting. The conference program includes five thematic sessions devoted to current issues of regional cooperation.
7. The possibility of implementing educational programs of the University of London in Turkmenistan was discussed in London. 1. Turkmen tennis players will debut at a prestigious international tournament in Turkey. The ITF Masters World Team Championship will start in Manavgat, Turkey, where the Turkmenistan team will participate for the first time. The tournament will bring together 126 teams that will compete in the age categories of 30, 35, 40 and 45+ years. The Turkmen team will perform in the 30+ category, where 12 teams divided into 4 groups will compete for the title.The Turkmen team was placed in Group B along with the teams from Great Britain and Canada. The group winners will advance to the playoffs.The national team includes: the country's number one tennis player Yuri Rogusskiy, bronze medalist of the 2024 Turkmenistan Cup Gurbanberdy Gurbanberdyev, as well as former number one tennis players of the country Alexander Ernepesov and Eziz Dovletov, who together won the Davis Cup in Group IV of the Asia and Oceania Zone in 2013.
