On November 30, the Art Gallery of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan will host the opening of the exhibition “Modern”, which promises to reveal new facets of contemporary Turkmen art.
Visitors will see unique works by leading national artists, including Charymyrat Yazmyradov, Sapa Purliev, Zakirjan Babayev, Gahryman Gochmyradov, Ovgan Ovganov, Bayram Bazarov, Amanmyrat Modyev and Rustam Abdullayev. Each of them will present their own view of contemporary fine art, demonstrating the creative evolution of the national art school.
The opening ceremony will begin at 18:00. The exhibition will be open to visitors for a month, permitting the general public to get acquainted with the current artistic research of Turkmen authors.
Admission for visitors is free.
