1. An official reception was held in Ashgabat on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The event, organized by the Embassy of Tajikistan in Turkmenistan, was held at the "Yyldyz" hotel. Ambassador of Tajikistan Vafo Niyatbekzoda in his speech emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral Turkmen-Tajik relations, emphasizing significant progress in the development of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
2. The President of Mongolia will visit Turkmenistan on a state visit. 3. A competition among professional florists entitled “Flowers – a song of beauty and peace” was held in Ashgabat. Four teams took part in the event, each of which was represented by three experienced florists. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with Ambassador of the Russian Federation Ivan Volynkin, at which key aspects of interaction between the two countries were discussed. During the negotiations, special attention was paid to the development of cooperation in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. The parties exchanged views on promising areas of partnership, emphasizing the importance of strengthening ties between Turkmenistan and Russia.
