President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent deep condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and all the fraternal people of the neighboring country in connection with the terrorist act that occurred in the city of Kerman, which resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.
“The head of state conveyed words of deep empathy and support at this difficult moment to the relatives and friends of those killed in the explosion and wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims,” the State News Agency of Turkmenistan said in a statement.
