President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a telegram to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the upcoming New Year holidays, writes TDH.
“Relations between our states have reached the level of in-depth strategic partnership. Their important component is interparliamentary relations, to the strengthening of which you make a great personal contribution.
I am confident that Moscow and Ashgabat will continue to consistently increase fruitful cooperation in all areas, as well as coordination of efforts in the interests of strengthening regional security and stability.
With all my heart I wish you and your loved ones good health, prosperity and success, and the people of Turkmenistan – happiness and prosperity,” the message says.
