Iranian Deputy Oil Minister for Engineering, Research and Technology Vahidreza Zeidifard at a meeting with the heads of the State Concerns "Turkmengas", "Turkmennebit t" and "Turkmenhimiya" expressed interest in the supply of Iranian equipment for the oil industry of Turkmenistan.
This was reported by the Shana news agency following the results of a specialized economic exhibition of Iranian products, held on February 15-17 at the expo center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Having familiarized those present with the potential of Iranian oil companies, Zeidifard emphasized that more than 70% of the equipment and items used in the country's oil industry are produced by domestic enterprises, and offered to supply relevant equipment to Turkmenistan.
In addition, the Deputy Minister of Oil of Iran invited representatives of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan to visit Iran to get acquainted with the potential of the country's oil industry.
