Specialists of the Laboratory of Technologies for the Synthesis of New Substances of the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan have developed a technology for the production of a polytrack coating from local raw materials used for the flooring of modern race tracks.
As reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, for this, quartz sand from the Myane quarry is initially crushed to a dispersed state using a crusher. Then it is sieved and cleaned of impurities contained in it by washing.
The washed and cleaned quartz sand is dried at a certain temperature. At the next stage, the sand is mixed with the modifier and geotextile filler. The combination of quartz sand and geotextile filler gives the material a shock-absorbing property, which has a beneficial effect on the condition of the coating and the safety of the horse.
The scientific substantiation of this technology prepared by scientists was submitted for consideration by specialists of the aerated concrete plant of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, the source notes.
