According to the final results of last year, over 2,2 billion kilowatt-hours of electrical energy were generated at the facilities of the Balkanabat State Power Plant.
As reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, this work plan for the last year was fulfilled by 108,4%.
The production of electricity at the facilities of the Balkanabat State Power Plant has tripled over the years of independence, notes the source. At the same time, electrical energy fully provides the western region of the country. Surplus production is sent to the unified power supply system of the country.
