High school students from Turkmenistan will be able to take part in the MGIMO International School Olympiad

The Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will hold an International School Olympiad this academic year, the “Russkiy Mir” portal reports.

High school students (graduate students) from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan can take part in the Olympiad. Winners and prize-winners will be determined separately for each country.

Students will be able to test their knowledge of Russian and English, geography and world history.

The winners will have the opportunity to enroll in bachelor's programs at MGIMO free of charge, and the winners will not have to pass additional tests when applying for a paid department. In addition, schoolchildren who have demonstrated the best results will be able to take part in an in-person event for the winners and prize-winners of the competition at MGIMO in Moscow.

To participate in the Olympiad, you need to register at the link: www.int-olymp.mgimo.ru before October 30, 2022.

The competition will be held in two stages. As part of the qualifying round, participants will take test tasks in an online format, and the final round will be held in person at venues in each of the host countries.
