The introductory seminar “Basic commitments to children in the course of humanitarian action” was held online by the Representative Office of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Turkmenistan.
As per the website of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, the event was attended by representatives of the relevant state bodies of the country, international and national experts.
International experts familiarized the seminar participants with the humanitarian mandate and the main obligations of UNICEF.
