The domes of buildings, fountains, paths of the cultural park and other public places in the administrative center of the Ahal velayat under construction will be decorated with mosaic panels.
As reports “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, 5000 square meters of mosaic modules will be used for decoration.
The work will be carried out by specialists of the individual enterprise “Turkmen-Mahabat”.
The company is known for having already manufactured more than ten thousand square meters of pictorial compositions in an industrial way, decorating buildings and structures in Ashgabat with them. According to the sketches of Turkmen artists, 32 art panels were made from fragments of colored glass on the end walls of high-rise residential buildings along Magtymguly avenue. Decor specialists tiled the bicycle monument and the walls of the multi-apartment residential building along Archabil avenue with mosaic paintings, ornamented the sports facilities of the “Ashgabat” shopping and entertainment center.
Let us remind that the construction of “Ahal City” - the largest and most significant project in the region worth 1,5 billion USD - is planned to be implemented in two stages. The urban infrastructure includes a complex of buildings for social and other purposes. Among them are residential buildings, kindergartens, schools and other specialized educational institutions, healthcare, cultural, trade and service facilities, sports, administrative, as well as transport, communication and engineering facilities. The start of the implementation of this mega-project was given in April 2019 with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan.
