The Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met today with the Consul General of Turkmenistan Atadurdy Bayramov, reports the press-service of the head of Tatarstan.
In the beginning of July with the Order of the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov the diplomat was appointed to the position of Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Japan (Tokyo city) and in this connection he completes his work in Kazan. By Presidential Decree, he was conferred the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the merits of Atadurdy Bayramov to Tatarstan and wished him success on the new position and handed him over a Gratitude. As per his words, in 2021 a goods turnover between Tatarstan and Turkmenistan was equal to 77,5 million US dollars. Leading companies of Tatarstan has been successfully working in Turkmenistan for many years.
Atadurdy Bayramov, in his turn, wished peace and prosperity to fraternal people of Tatarstan.
“I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your permanent support of my diplomatic activity on the post of the Consul General, which was directed at further strengthening of brotherhood relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of strategic partnership with the Russian Federation” – Atadurdy Bayramov.
We remind that Atadurdy Bayramov took a post of the Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (Kazan city) from May 2020.
