Finland removes anti-COVID entry restrictions on June 30, 2022, from this date it resumes receiving tourists from third countries, including from Turkmenistan. The Ministry of the Interior of Finland reported about this.

“Third-country travelers arriving in Finland are no longer required to have vaccination or COVID-19 test certificates, nor to be tested for coronavirus at border crossings. Health authorities have concluded that there are no longer any medical grounds for restrictions at the external borders”, said in an official statement.

It is verified that border control is returning to the pre-pandemic situation: passengers arriving from outside the European Union and the Schengen area must have ordinary travel documents, that is, a passport and, if necessary, a visa.

In Turkmenistan, Schengen visas are issued at the consular departments of the Embassies of Germany and Italy in Ashgabat.
