The Embassy of Turkmenistan in India started extending the foreign passports of the Turkmen citizens until the end of December 2024. The relevant announcements were posted on the official pages of the diplomatic establishment in social networks.
In accordance with the Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan No. 2300 dated July 1, 2021 and No. 77 dated April 28, 2022, the validity period of the Turkmen citizens passports for departure from Turkmenistan and entry into Turkmenistan temporarily staying or permanently residing in foreign countries, expired or expiring from January 1, 2020 to December 30, 2024, extended until December 31, 2024.
In this regard, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in India (New Delhi) makes a note in foreign passports on the extension of their term upon the request of the Turkmen citizens.
