President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the new composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen party, signing a corresponding Resolution today, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reported.
The document was signed "in order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and Iran, as well as to further develop relations between the two countries," the information says.
Earlier it was reported that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov assigned the duties of the Chairman of the Turkmen party of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation to Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.
