In accordance with the weekly bulletin of the World Health Organization over the last week, from March 28 to April 3, the number of deaths from COVID-19 decreased by 43% all over the world.
Besides that, the number of new cases of coronavirus infection has decreased by 16 % over the last seven days.
As informs mir24, a significant decrease in infections over this period occurred in Africa – 19 %, Europe and Western Pacific region – 16% and the decrease in mortality was especially significant in Southeast Asia – by 73%.
