1. The order on recruit induction in Turkmenistan was signed by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In the next three months, citizens who do not have the right to a postponement from military duty at the age of 18 to 27 will join the ranks of Turkmen army.
2. Fishing bans in Turkmenistan is valid from the 20th of March to the 15th of May in all water basins and lakes on the territory of Ahal and Mary velayats, in the Karakum river and other basins in the south of Turkmenistan.
Moreover, fishing is prohibited in all lands of Lebap velayat, except for the Darganatin district, where the time limits are set in the period from April 16 to May 21. These actions are aimed at protecting and reproduction of fish resources. Note that an amateur fishing is not prohibited, however, one fisherman should have no more than 3 hooks.
3. An exported flight from Ashgabat to Moscow will be executed on the 25th of March by the plane of “Turkmenistan” Airlines. The departure time is 06:00 Ashgabat time. Tickets’ sale on the indicated flight has started on the 24th of March with a minimal cost of 400 US dollars. We remind that the regular air communication with Russia, as well as with other countries, was suspended in March 2020 because of coronavirus pandemic.
4. The students and the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad continue to take part in the events, devoted to the International Novruz holiday.
Therefore, dances, songs and poems in their native language were performed at the educational institutions of Russia, also festivities were organized in the Belarusian State University.
In the Iranian city of Mashhad, the Consulate General of Turkmenistan joined the exhibition, where handmade carpets, jewelry and dishes of national cuisine were demonstrated.
5. Three students of Ashgabat specialized boarding – comprehensive school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi, Bayram Abdullayev, Orazmyrat Sahetmyradov and Emir Wellekov, won the Bronze in the VII Caucasian Mathematical Olympiad.
The Olympiad was conducted in hybrid format with the participation of schoolchildren from 20 regions of Russia, also, online-participation of children from 8 neighboring countries and beyond: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Bulgaria, Serbia and Mongolia.
