Another spunbond enterprise to produce non-woven material of a new generation will be launched in Turkmenistan.
According to the source "Turkmenistan Golden Age", the Garagum Economic Society built a plant with a capacity of about 2500 tons of material per year in the Bagtyyarlyk District of Ashgabat. Currently, installation and adjustment of equipment is underway. The raw materials for the manufacture will be fiber-forming polymers, such as polypropylene, produced in the country.
Until that time, the company Turkmen Senet that began its activities in 2020 was the only spunbond manufacturer in Turkmenistan. The company has already been exporting its products to the CIS countries and plans delivering them to the European markets in the future.
