Starting February 11, the UK authorities are canceling PCR tests for tourists who are vaccinated against COVID-19 entering the country, said UK Minister for Transport Grant Shapps. In addition, for unvaccinated tourists, a 10-day quarantine and a PCR test will be canceled on the eighth day after entering the country. But before departure and no later than two after crossing the border, it is still necessary to take tests.

According to the head of the Ministry of Transport, this decision will be the last step towards the resumption of safe international traffic. He is confident that this will significantly help the British tourism sector and "make the UK free before the upcoming vacations and spring holidays," reports daily.afisha.ru.
