Work on reforming the TOPC systems is planned within the framework of the presidential "Program for the Development of the Digital Economy of Turkmenistan for the period 2021-2025". Innovative technologies will make it possible to modernize the organizational structure of all services and subdivisions of the enterprise.
To create a new corporate mechanism for enterprise management, the developments of well-known manufacturers of software and hardware will be used. We are talking about a single document management system. The modern digital system will increase the efficiency and operability of work with documents of all subdivisions, and their storage and protection will be carried out in compliance with information security conditions.
Besides that, modern technologies will reduce the costs, associated with document circulation and office work, and also reduce the time for searching and passing documents through structural subdivisions. You will be able to create an electronic data archive.
The project also provides training for enterprise maintenance personnel to operate the new digital system.
Under the terms of the contract, all work must be completed within 18 months.
