State media of Turkmenistan told today how President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov celebrated the New Year with his family.
On the air of state television, they showed how the head of state from his residence in the company of his daughters and grandchildren through the digital system once again congratulated the people on the coming 2022.
The Turkmen leader wished each family hearth success and happiness, fulfillment in the New Year of the bright dreams that are in the heart of every person.
Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced that he had written a new poem and called it “Native land, Turkmenistan!”, which he first read to family members.
Berdimuhamedov's grandchildren also delighted their grandfather with their new creations.
When the leader of the nation read the poem, the grandson of the President of Turkmenistan Kerim performed his new piece of music. He also announced that he created another one for the joyful holiday and played it for his grandfather and family members. And another granddaughter gave her grandfather her drawing.
Note that Turkmen television often shows the pastime of the head of state with his family. In summer, Turkmen citizens were shown how the President of Turkmenistan, together with his grandchildren, took a boat trip across the Caspian Sea.
