Today, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on the postponement of the day off in honor of the celebration of the International Day of Neutrality.
Due to the fact that International Day of Neutrality falls on Sunday, as well as in accordance with part 2 of Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, the head of state moved the day off from December 12, 2021 to Monday - December 13, the “Vatan“ news program of Turkmen television reported.
The decision was made "in order to create favorable conditions for the solemn celebration of the International Day of Neutrality and good rest for the population of our country," the presidential decree says.
The document prescribes "all institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, to ensure the implementation of this Decree."
