On December 12, Turkmenistan will celebrate the Day of Neutrality for the 26th time. The country is preparing for the celebration, dressing up the Turkmen capital and the cities of the velayat centers with festive decorations.
It seems that nature itself has decided to take an active part in the ceremonial decoration of the white marble Ashgabat. The velvety air, warmed by the rays of the December sun, fills the clean streets of the city with freshness and warmth.
And cleanliness and order in Ashgabat are maintained by city utilities and subdivisions of the capital's hyakimlik.
On the Day of Neutrality - December 12, Ashgabat will host an international conference "The Politics of Peace and Trust - the Basis of International Security, Stability and Development".
