Today, an online business forum was held between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan (CCI) and the Joint Chamber of Commerce of the Swiss Confederation-CIS / Georgia.
The chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Switzerland, heads and representatives of a number of ministries and departments of the country took part in the forum on behalf of the Turkmen side.
And from the Swiss side - the heads of the OTP and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, as well as representatives of about 40 companies specializing in the oil and gas sector, energy, construction, architecture, mechanical engineering, railway construction and communications, the State News Agency reported.
Forum participants analyzed bilateral cooperation and discussed issues of the business environment, priority sectors of the economy, conditions for trade and investment.
They also discussed the activation of cooperation with Swiss companies specializing in the oil and gas and textile industries, renewable energy, construction, transport and logistics.
