A wide range of issues in the political, diplomatic, trade and economic spheres, as well as interaction in the field of education were discussed today by representatives of Turkmenistan and Romania during inter-MFA consultations.
The talks were held in the format of a video conference at the level of the heads of the relevant departments of the Foreign Ministries of Turkmenistan and Romania. The Romanian delegation was headed by Dan Jancu, General Director, Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the consultations, the parties discussed the implementation of the previously reached agreements on the Caspian Sea - Black Sea International Transport Corridor, where there is a solid potential for its implementation.
The priority topics of the current discussions were also the need to intensify the bilateral trade turnover, as well as the expansion of the legal framework of partnership, the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported.
