The agency “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary” (“Turkmen Sea and River Routes”) informs that it is planned to jointly build one dry cargo vessel with a deadweight of 6100 tons at the JSC “Balken shipyard and ship repair plant”.
Also, the plant intends to start joint construction of one dredger with a preliminary total installed capacity of 4000–4500 kW and an approximate processing capacity of 2000–2500 m3/h.
In this connection, the Agency announced an international tender, published in today's issue of the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
Applicants for the tender before August 5 of this year no later than 16.00 local time are invited to:
- submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the firm, company, legal status, country of registration of the participant, postal address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and details of the Applicant's representative in Turkmenistan, information on the financial situation of the company for the last 3 (three) years and detailed information about the experience of the company and its employees;
- receive a package of tender documents by paying 500 US dollars including VAT for each lot.
All required documents for two lots must be in two sealed envelopes: a separate commercial and technical proposal indicating the name of the project or lot in the upper corner of the sealed envelope sent to the address below: 745000, Turkmenistan, Balkan velayat, Turkmenbashi, Shagadam str., 8 “A”, agency “Türkmendeňizderýaýollary”.
