In Ashgabat, the results of the review competition “Labor protection - the guarantee of healthy and safe working conditions”, which was organized by the branch council of trade unions of trade and entrepreneurship workers in conjunction with the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, were summed up. This was reported in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
This competition is held annually among subordinate enterprises in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of labor protection, protection of the rights and interests of trade union members.
The main indicators for the commission jointly created by the organizers are: ensuring labor protection, creating healthy and safe working conditions, work on the prevention and prevention of accidents, occupational diseases and injuries at work.
Based on the results of the review, the winners in the nominations were determined:
- “The best enterprise for labor protection” - Manufacturing enterprise “Abadan”;
- “Best Safety Specialist” A. Amangeldiev, Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, “Ruhabat” Production Association;
- “for high achievements in meeting the requirements of legislation in the field of ensuring safe and healthy working conditions” was awarded M. Palvanov, head of the baking shop for chureks of “Altyn Asyr” shopping center. His work experience is a quarter of a century.
In total, 13 enterprises and organizations took part in the competition.
