On April 12, 2021, in Ashgabat, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, representatives of a number of ministries, including the Ministry of Textile Industry, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, etc., the State Concerns “Turkmengas” and “Turkmennebit”, as well as the State Association “Turkmenhaly” took part in an online meeting with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar and heads of a number of companies in the Middle East state.
The participants of the meeting discussed issues of preparation for holding bilateral business forums and “round tables” and the implementation of joint projects.
During the conversation, the parties came to a decision to hold business negotiations between Turkmenistan and Qatar on a permanent basis.
