Turkmen specialists took part in the congress “Elements of Peace”, dedicated to the discussion of tourism development in the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which was held within the framework of the “CIS-30” International Economic Forum, “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reported today.
The participants of the online conference noted that the main purpose of this forum is to draw the attention of the interstate association to the importance of improving the tourism potential of countries at the global level.
The tourism industry has developed rapidly in recent years. The approval of legislative acts that regulate issues in the tourism sector, the construction of unique hotels in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, in the capital and in velayats, have become a powerful factor in strengthening the position of the Turkmen state in the world tourism market.
The entrepreneurs assured each other of their mutual interest in multilateral work to promote, restore and further develop tourism after the end of the pandemic.
