At the International University for the Humanities and Development, a student club of journalists called “Akta Diurna” was opened, reports the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
The new club owes its birth to the initiative of students studying in the specialty “journalism”.
“Akta Diurna” Club will allow beginners to understand the basics of the journalism profession. The main objectives of this project are to increase the baggage of professional knowledge and skills in the future journalism staff, to conduct research in this field of activity, to organize creative competitions, to meet students with media representatives, public figures and writers, carrying out activities related to the implementation of the educational function of the media. In addition, the new club also aims to assist in the development of modern information technologies.
