“Mähriban ildeşler! Gyş paslynýň garaňky, ygally gijeleri hem-de ir säheriň ümürli howasy sürüjilerden hem pyýadalardan ýol hereketinde has ünsli bolmagy talap edýär! Ýoluňyz ak bolsun! PÝGG”, is written in the SMS.
Translation:
“Dear compatriots! Driving in the dark, rain and fog requires more attention from drivers and pedestrians, so we ask you to be more careful on the roads! Good journey to you! Police traffic control service”.
