A meeting with the Head of the representative office of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Ashgabat Fatih Turkmenoglu in the online mode was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It is informed by newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
The heads of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Central Bank and the State bank for foreign economic affairs of the country also participated from Turkmen side.
During the meeting the prospects for further development of long-term cooperation were discussed, particularly, Turkmen side proposed to prepare Action Plan or “road map” EBRD in Turkmenistan, where the directions of cooperation and expected results would be reflected.
The Head of EBRD expressed satisfaction from cooperation with the representatives of non-governmental sector of Turkmenistan economics and approved the readiness to continue work with the representatives of Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, rendering them financial and consulting services.
At the end of the meeting an exchange of views regarding the development of new directions in all spheres and extension of relationship bases.
