The Makhtumkuli Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan together with the Dovletmammed Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages held a scientific conference on the topic "Permanent neutrality - the way of peace and development", devoted to 25th anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of our Motherland.
Scientists' speeches about scientific sources telling about the principles and historical roots of Turkmen Neutrality in manuscripts, Turkmen literature and ancient history became very informative for students-translators who study manuscripts in foreign languages.
